Como David Boring, claro.
David Boring es un cómic escrito y dibujado por Daniel Clowes, una magnética historia de suspense sobre un chico de 19 años que se enamora de una misteriosa mujer, busca pistas en viejos cómics creados por su padre y vive rodeado de personas tan vulgares como psicóticas.
Descubrí a Clowes hace un año y medio, con un ejemplar de Bola 8, gracias a una hermosa chica llamada Toña. Desde entonces he tenido el placer de engancharme a algunas de sus historias, y David Boring me ha parecido de las mejores, sobre todo por su gran personaje central.
David es tímido pero tiene agallas, es un romántico y un cínico al mismo tiempo, toma partido y se deja llevar con el mismo aire fatalista. David Boring es un jodido héroe.
Pese a pertenecer a universos completamente diferentes, David me recuerda al protagonista de Brick, un peliculón con mayúsculas que pasó algo desapercibido este otoño. Otra recomendación para este puente, si te pones.
